WHOOP & HOLLAR CAMPING INFO & POLICY:

All tent campers must purchase a festival pass (tent camping is included in ticket price). Tent campers are encouraged to pre-register online when purchasing a weekend pass in order to secure their campsite on the festival grounds. All campers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

RV Campers are responsible for booking their own spot at the Portage Ex Campground by calling 1 (204) 857-3231 or clicking here (at designated times, a free shuttle service will be offered between this campground and the festival site, approx. 10 minutes away). You can request to camp in the "Whoop & Hollar" reserved camping area. Tent camping is also available at Portage Ex Campground.

Tent campers may set up anytime between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm on Friday, August 25th or between 10:00 am and 11:00 am on Saturday, August 26th (later arrivals on Saturday won't be turned away if registered in advance). Gate walk-ups may be accommodated if tent spots are still available.

Tent campers can drop off their camping gear at the main gate and then will be directed to park their vehicle. Wheelbarrow carts are provided to haul in gear to the camping area, if needed.

Whoop & Hollar is located in a residential and agricultural neighbourhood. There will be no music or loud noise on Friday night (quiet camping only, please) and zero tolerance for rowdy or obnoxious behaviour.

All campers agree to respect the property on which the festival is located, as well as respect neighbouring properties (no trespassing or crossing treelines, fences, barriers, or other areas marked by No Trespassing signs).

Whoop & Hollar is a "Leave No Trace" festival. Please clean up any garbage and leave your campsite exactly as you found it (waste receptacles provided on site). No campfires are permitted unless at the designated communal fire pits.

Alcohol is permitted at your campsite and should be consumed responsibly in the campground or in designated areas of the festival site. Please conduct yourself in a responsible manner and arrange a ride if necessary (you can take advantage of our festival's free shuttle service to and from Portage la Prairie or call a local taxi cab after hours).

All festival-goers who are not registered to tent camp on site must vacate the premises by no later than 2:00 am on Saturday night.
