Please feel free to share your comments, concerns, and general inquiries with our non-profit organization.
If you have an immediate need or concern that you believe should be met beyond email correspondence, please contact our festival coordinator, Linda Omichinski, through the festival hotline at 1-204-428-6800. Thanks!
Artists inquiring about submitting performer applications can send their emails to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that our festival is relatively small and intimate, and since we have a limited number of spots on our lineup, we cannot guarantee artists will be able to play in the foreseeable future. Please keep in mind that our artistic director is looking for artists at the same time applications are coming in.
We encourage artists to try resubmitting applications (an informal email is all we are looking for, which must include a website/link, music samples, and short bio) every year, as you just never know when an opportunity to play may arise - nevertheless, applications will be kept on record! EPK (Electronic Press Kit) files are greatly appreciated, if possible.
Of course, artists may still submit an application after a submission deadline has passed, but please be aware that if selected, applicants won't be contacted until a future festival.
We value and support local musicians, strive to cater to the diverse tastes of our festival community, and do our best to bring new artists to our festivals each year.
